About us…

The Rosedale Football Netball Club is an integral sporting group in our local community. Our Club provides a family-friendly safe environment for its members to interact socially and through active participation in sport.

The Club plays in the North Gippsland Football Netball League, which is a high-quality competition containing 11 clubs from the Gippsland area. Rosedale has been part of the NGFNL since its inception in 2001, and prior to that, within the North Gippsland Football League, North Gippsland Netball Association and Sale Cowwarr Football League.

In the last fifteen years, the Club has been successful, winning its last Senior football Premiership in 2015 and A Grade winning five Premierships in the last ten years, most recently back-to-back in 2019.

In 2022 the Club had eight out of nine teams participate in Finals resulting in five teams participating in Grand Final Day. At the end of the day’s play, four teams won their respective games bringing home Premiership Cups for B Grade, D Grade, & 15&Under Netball, and U18 (Thirds) Football.

This season we will once again proudly field the following teams in the NGFNL competition.

The Club operates from the Rosedale Recreation Reserve and actively contributes to the RRR Committee of Management. Facilities at the Club include the main football oval, a junior oval, two netball courts including player & spectator shelter, social rooms and change rooms for players and umpires.

We share these facilities with the other user groups, the Rosedale Kilmany Cricket Club, the Rosedale Junior Football Netball Club, and the Rosedale Men’s Shed.
